Mosaic Pediatric Therapy has an opening for a Junior Recruiter to join our central office team located in Charlotte, NC. The individual in this position is the first poitn of contact for any applicants. The Junior Recruiter is responsible for working to meet performance targets, review resumes, interview candidates, and work with hiring managers to meet the hiring and retention goals of the organization.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Identify ideal candidates to be considered through multiple sourcing methods
  • Review resumes, selecting and scheduling applicants to phone screen
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements and prior experience
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and updated job post and candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Focus on Diversity & Inclusion in our hiring practices
  • Educate and influence candidates based on Mosaic’s employment brand and our mission/values; serving as a living example of our values in action
  • Responsibilities may focus more on sourcing functions vs. recruiting functions and vice versa based on the company’s business needs and demand at any given time (to be communicated by the Recruiting Manager)
  • Review and understand key performance indicators that are in place to be able to support and maintain appropriate levels of productivity that support the growth of the organization

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma Required
  • Experience working in an office capacity including, but not limited to, consistent phone call interaction, managing email and text inboxes
  • Motivated self-starter to work towards daily and monthly metric goals
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to learn job descriptions and details necessary to discuss with candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Experience implementing ABA Therapy
